Privacy policy
How the firm handles information submitted through this website.
What we collect
This website collects personal information only when you choose to send it through the enquiry form. That is limited to the fields on the form: your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your telephone number and organisation, together with the area of concern you select and the message you write.
The website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile visitors across sites.
Why we collect it
Information submitted through the enquiry form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether the firm is able to act in the matter. It is not used for marketing and is not sold, rented or traded.
How it is processed
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to the firm's email through Web3Forms, a third-party form-handling service. Delivery is subject to that provider's own processing terms.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond to them and to meet the firm's professional and regulatory record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.
Confidentiality
Please do not send confidential or privileged information through this form. Material transmitted before the firm has confirmed an engagement may not attract legal privilege. Once an engagement is confirmed, client information is governed by the firm's professional obligations of confidentiality rather than by this policy.
Your rights
You may ask the firm what information it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the email address on the contact page. The firm will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the foot of this page indicates when it was last revised.
