An accomplished legal professional with over 22 years of diversified experience in corporate advisory, regulatory matters, complex transactions and high-stake dispute resolution across India.
Mr. Singhal leads the firm's practice across corporate advisory, regulatory matters, complex commercial transactions and high-stake litigation. His experience spans more than two decades of handling matters for banks, NBFCs, listed companies, promoters and business groups.
Much of that experience was gained in-house rather than in private practice. Having sat on the client side of the table as a group general counsel, he advises with a working understanding of how legal risk is actually weighed against commercial pressure inside an organisation — how boards decide, what a regulator's enquiry means operationally, and where a legally sound answer still fails a business.
